About Social & Scientific Systems (SSS)

SSS is an employee owned company with offices in Silver Spring, Maryland; Durham, North Carolina; Kampala, Uganda; and Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire.

SSS’ primary mission is to improve public health worldwide. SSS works with the National Institutes of Health, the Agency for International Development, the Food and Drug Administration, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and a number of State agencies. SSS provides clinical trials, regulatory, and laboratory support for HIV/AIDS research networks worldwide; monitors and evaluates public health programs; conducts surveys; analyzes health data; and coordinates worldwide meetings and conferences.   

SSS has over 25 years of experience serving as a coordinating center for a number of agencies and programs.
